AUTOMOBILE & TRUCKING ACCIDENTS:
This is the area where the greatest number of cases originate. These cases can run from relatively minor injuries to catastrophic injuries. Our role is to evaluate the liability issues presented in the accident, evaluate the extent of the injuries, and recover monetary damages from the responsible parties. Often this can be accomplished through negotiations with the responsible party or their insurance company. In other cases, we use arbitration or mediation to resolve the cases and, finally, some cases are resolved through trial.

WRONGFUL DEATH:
These cases involve the death of an individual due to the negligent conduct of another person or business entity. While the causes of the death may vary greatly, our role in these cases is to evaluate the elements of damages allowed by law, including the pain and suffering incurred by the deceased, the deceased's loss of earning potential, and the losses incurred by the deceased's survivors.

SLIP AND FALL ACCIDENTS:
Slip and fall accidents are an extremely common occurrence. They most often occur at retail establishments like shopping centers and grocery stores. However, they also happen at a number of other places like sporting events, public parks, and even other people's homes. "Slip and Fall" cases are extremely hard to win in the State of Texas.
